I never knew how addicting marketing could be before I started exploring IM.

Well, actually now that I think about it, I did used to love trying to figure out all the TV commercials. What were they REALLY trying to say?

Now, all I do is breakdown every ad that comes into my vision. I’m constantly looking for ads that have proven to work and that I have seen over and over.

If an ad is still being shown 10 years after it was released, there’s a really good chance that that particular ad is a WINNER.

Why else would the advertiser keep paying money to show it off?

The internet is the same way.

Haven’t you seen those ads that pop up on certain websites about “How I Make $5000 Posting Links on Google?” Those are no different.

They are blatant ads NOT real news stories But with THOSE ads, you can not only read through them but ALSO click through to the signup page, pay $4.95 for a free trial business opportunity, and at the same time put $30+ into the pockets of the affiliate promoting that biz opp.

This is generally how CPA works, but what I’m trying to get at is… when I watch ads on TV, I still have to either get up and out into the world to go buy what I want, get on the phone with somebody, or hope I have my laptop right in front of me.

Still I will have to find the website, and I don’t think these major TV marketers are showing their website long enough on the commercials right now. But, that’s for a different post…

What I’m saying is, the internet marketing is direct response to the quickest degree. In two clicks I can be on the order page, usually even one.

Now, since video is taking over the web rapidly, it is even easier to compete with TV advertisers and internet marketing gurus. Everyone is truly on an even playing field if marketing on the internet.

It definitely does help to have multiple streams of income coming in though

Mark
